incoming spike in traffic on TOS
Is three guests a spike?  :-?

I'm going to bump the downtime back to 2am.  Insomnia is not my friend.

I'm going to be doing site maintenance this evening around 10.  At 10 I will have to reboot the server then the site will be in read-only mode for about 45 minutes.  When done we'll have the new design fired up.

Please keep in mind there almost certainly will be a number of things that either won't work or won't look right.  If you catch something please post it here so I can look at it.  I'll be online almost all day tomorrow making sure everything is working and fixing those things that aren't.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.  This will be phase one of a complete remodel so bigger things are coming.

New design looks great. I especially like the time machine function that is taking us about four hours into the future!

Kevin - disregard my PM, hadn't seen the warning and kind of freaked out when the site changed while I was reading/posting. I thought someone had nuked the site.

And they probably won't until tomorrow.

You'll have to set your individual time zone under the UCP in the upper left-hand corner.

And no one panic about the color scheme; it is a work in progress.

Ok folks, there is a LOT of work left to do but you should be able to at least post right now.

I'll work on smilies and avatars in the morning, then move on to the plugins like youtube and spoiler.

If you find something that's broken or doesn't look right, POST IT HERE. That way I (and everyone else) can keep track of what needs fixed.

Thanks.

I'm moving them to the left. I just ran out of motivation before I ran out of time last night.

I should have that done and most of the avatars fixed within the next few minutes. Then smileys.

Anything that needs my attention, please post it here.

It was probably disabled out of the box. Let me see where it is hiding and I'll enable it.

Since we're on the subject...PLEASE keep the post delete functional with no time frame. Sometimes it's a good idea to be able to go back and eliminate a post at a later date. And is the img function (Mona Lisa icon) back yet?

It should be available in the upper right-hand corner of the post if you hover your mouse over that post, with the quote button. If not, let me know.

The image function is currently the Img button immediately above the post reply box. I'll make it pretty but the functionality is there.

Quick reply is back too.

I'll still digging through stuff. Keep the suggestions and need fixes coming.
