I think you can already. Just choose to edit your post, then there should be an option to delete it. Or down in the bottom right corner of your post there is an 'x'. Click that and it deletes it.

I'll put this out here so if there's a question the answer is readily available:

We have put a requirement in place that all new registrations have to be approved by a mod. Theeory, Mang and MarshallSucks have been doing a heck of a job keeping up on the new registrations to make sure they're processed as quickly as possible. I think a short wait to be approved is a small price to pay for a spam-free website. When new measures are put in place that will reduce spamming we'll lift the mod approval.
